The renowned Flamenco company, Jesús Muñoz Flamenco, based out of Albuquerque, is presenting its 7th annual summer series at Flamenco Works’ Downtown tablao. This stunning 104-year-old venue stands as a vibrant community hub, offering lively dance classes and dynamic, artistically captivating performances. This summer, we will feature an outstanding roster of artists from both Spain and the United States.

The Rail Yards Market of Albuquerque operates on Sundays from 10am-2pm during the months of May-October. A non-profit run growers' market, originally established in 2014 by volunteers and neighborhood residents, celebrating all things local and at the heart of New Mexican culture. We are much more than your typical farmer's or grower's market; every Sunday you can peruse 100's of New Mexico's finest food, farm, artisan, and healing vendors, hear live musicians, and come away enriched from our educational and demonstration zones for kids and adults! Every Sunday is a different theme with different activities and vendors you wont want to miss. All located at The Rail Yards in the historic Barelas neighborhood in the heart of our City!

The New Mexico Performing Arts Society is collaborating with the BWV of Albuquerque for its final concert series this month, which will feature period instruments and works by J.S. Bach, Vivaldi and more.

The 2024-2025 NMPAS season is coming to an end this month and audiences are invited to attend and enjoy a program specially curated by our musicians. The concerts will include various compositions for two Baroque flutes, cello and harpsichord by Michel Blavet, Antonio Vivaldi, Francois Couperin, Francesco Geminiani and J.S. Bach.

The Friday, June 27 concert will be hosted by the BWV of Albuquerque at a private residence, while the Sunday, June 29 concert will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Santa Fe.

The exhibition marks the Spanish Colonial Arts Society's centennial by telling its century-long story of creating and caring for an extraordinary trove of nearly 4,000 objects representing the distinctive Hispano heritage of New Mexico. This provides a unique lens on the Society’s legacy of connecting to a community of artists and supporters of Hispano arts in New Mexico and beyond.

Sylvan Kaufman will inform the audience about the pros and cons of invasive plants in our beautiful State and what we can do
to help the native plants to survive and thrive.
