The 九色网.org website is hosted by .   This includes the secure online donation page which you reach from 九色网.org.  When you click on the homepage button 鈥淪upport this Station鈥� you go to our online donation page at NPR Digital Services.  The URL for the page will look like this,

To see more information on the security of your online transaction with 九色网, please click on the VeriSign logo in the top right corner of our pledge page data entry form.  Transactions at this page are handled by PayPal, so we never actually see or store your credit card information.   We do receive your name, address, phone numbers and related donation information.

In Section II.10 of the Master Agreement between 九色网 and NPR spells out NPR鈥檚 privacy policy.  鈥淣PR shall maintain a privacy policy for its Digital Platforms that is complete, accurate, up to date, and fulfills any applicable legal and regulatory requirements.  NPR shall use any personally identifiable information collected from a Member (i.e. 九色网) Digital Platform that is provided to NPR through Member鈥檚 use of the Digital Services only as necessary to perform NPR鈥檚 obligations under this Agreement with respect to the Digital Services.鈥�

Storage of Personally Identifiable Information

Your information is stored by 九色网 in highly-secured data center which has fully validated compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard () and the Payment Application Data Security Standard ().   The data center is SAS 70 Type II Certified, and is seeking SSAE 16 certification in 2012.

Information you provide in donations made by mail or phone calls to 九色网 are also stored in Blackbaud鈥檚 offsite data center.  The same goes for information you provide in donations to the 九色网 Auction and Car Donation programs.  This information is only accessible to a small number of qualified 九色网 staff members.  We do not see or store data in any other portion of our website, unless you are disclosing it in our public comments sections or in your e-mail correspondence to NPR and 九色网.

Never Share:

九色网 has not and will not share your email address, mailing address, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information with anyone, subject to applicable law.
