As Congress moves closer to passing President Trump鈥檚 sweeping tax and budget bill 鈥� which would slash funding for food assistance, Medicaid, and clean energy 鈥� advocates are sounding the alarm about the future of America鈥檚 National Parks.

Hundreds of people rallied in Santa Fe on Monday against proposals to sell public lands and national monuments in New Mexico. The rally coincided with Interior Secretary Doug Burgum鈥檚 appearance at the Western Governors鈥� Association.
