T-Mobile鈥檚 corporate policies violated the rights of their employees, including those who work in New Mexico, .
There are 550 people working at a T-Mobile call center in Albuquerque.
Several of them complained to the saying they were prohibited from talking to each other about how much they get paid and other things.
Candice Johnson is with , which filed a lawsuit. She says several workers were disciplined or fired for banding together and demanding better wages.
鈥淲orkers were always told, 'Don鈥檛 take any leaflets or information from activists that might be leafleting outside our call center because we鈥檙e watching you,'鈥� Johnson said. 鈥淚t was a very chilling atmosphere.鈥�
T-Mobile has been ordered to do away with 11 policies that a labor judge said violate free speech and workers rights.
The company would not comment but has four weeks to appeal the ruling.
